Over the years the business expanded into a multi-state corporation. He married Fanny Teplansky in 1916, and in 1940 they moved to Cleveland. Luntz served as president of the Temple-Tifereth Israel in Cleveland from 1950-1960, and supported a wide assortment of civic, cultural, medical, religious, and benevolent groups in Canton and in Cleveland. Luntz and his sons, Robert and William, who were also involved in numerous service organizations.
